Fair, straightforward refunds
The proposed credit and refund policy for Margin Reader.
Failed generation
If our generation task fails, the export credit is returned automatically. You can see the failed task in your library. Repeated downloads of a completed export do not cost additional credits.
Unused credit packs
Before live billing launches, the proposed policy is a refund request window of 14 days for completely unused credit packs. Contact the configured support email with the order reference. Statutory consumer rights take precedence. This policy must be reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction before accepting real payments.
Test payments only
Current Stripe transactions are test transactions and transfer no real funds. Do not enter real card details in a test checkout. A refund of a test payment must be processed in the Stripe test dashboard.
